I- Business
Letter of assignment signed by company manager and endorsed by bank handling the company's
      account or, signed photocopy of the latest annual submission form to the Registry of Companies
      showing the name of signing manager.
Photocopy of biodata pages of travel document.
Photocopy of Hong Kong Identity Card.
Photocopy of two-way air ticket.
One recent passport photograph.
Consular Fee is HK$ 389.50

II- Tourism

Photocopy of two-way air ticket.
Proof of financial ability to meet travel expenses (such as: savings or bank account under own
        name, or last submission of tax return, or any other documentary evidence indicating enough
        solvency to withstand average expenses of US$ 150.00 a day for the time duration of the 
        intended trip.
Photocopy of biodata pages of travel document.
Photocopy of Hong Kong Identity Card.
One recent passport photograph
Consular Fee is HK$ 233.70
