We write assembly language code for 4 bits, 8 bits and 16 bits microcontroller usually applying in various Consumer Electronics Products such as Toys, LCD Games, Alarm Clocks, Kitchen Timers, Thermometer, Desktop Chargers, Personal Memo, in accordance with client's Products Specification.

We sometimes write Win32s application programs for Windows platform.

We also provide consultancy on Specification drafting upon request.

Customer will receive object codes for NRE (masking) release upon the completion.

All source codes and other intellectual property rights are reserved.

Development charges are usually divided into two parts: one-time-charge and royalty charge.  One-time-charge is a fixed the amount customer has to be paid.  Royalty charge is to be evaluated from the usage of each microcontroller masked by aforementioned object code.  The rate and schedule are to be negotiable.

We offer PC board layout service to those customers who demand extensive engineering supports to his projects.

Customer must provide complete schematic diagram and mechanical drawing illustrates clear about the board size, holes location as well as components height restriction.

From single to four layers of Copper clad are acceptable.

Customer will receive Gerber plot files or photo films for evaluation and completion.

Optional board samples shall be provided upon request.

Database files are reserved as our intellectual property.

Layout cost is to be evaluated in according to complexity and restriction.
