| AGREEMENT |
| This agreement is between you, HOSTELHK Group, and our website. |
| 1. |
You acknowledge that
hostelhk.com (“HOSTELHK Group”) facilitates confirmed reservations
for accommodation services or tour services and that HOSTELHK is
operate and provide the HOSTELHK accommodation. |

To confirm the reservations, make sure to finished
all the process that we needed. HOSTELHK reserves the right to cancel or change the reservations who are not
completed or change the booking process and without prior notice. |
| 3. |
When you make a reservation, you shall pay a
non-refundable deposit (limit is 10% of the total price of
accommodation booking or 100% of the total price of accommodation
booking). The balance including additional services/fees is payable
to the service provider upon arrival in the preferred currency of
the Service provider. |
| 4. |
Room price is base on Hong Kong dollar. We can
accept other currency include(USD, RMB, ERU)payment. |
| 5. |
Deposit is non-refundable. If you need change or
cancel the confirmed reservation, we need you email to contact us to
confirm before 72 hours (normal period) or 168 hours (high seasons
period). Then we can give you confirm the change or cancelations.
For the cancelations, If you finished the upon process, we can keep
your deposit until you next time make the new reservations again. |

For double room booking, we will do our best to arrange for it but would not guarantee to provide the double
room. If not, the twin room will be provided without prior notice. |
| 7. |
We may terminate your stay if you stay in the room
for illegal purposes. |
| 8. |
For fire safety reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to exceed
the maximum capacity of the rooms. In the event of overcrowding of
rooms, we reserve the right to require that the extra occupants pay
for additional room(s). |
| 9. |
For the kind of the guests who are not prepay all
room fee when make the reservations, the cost of the entire stay
will be payable upon check-in. |
| 10. |
Normal Check-out time is before 11:30, Check-in
time is after 14:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request. |
| 11. |
HOSTELHK reserves the right to change these terms
and conditions as well as the contents of this website for any
reason and without notice. This right shall not affect the terms and
conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate reservation. |
| 12. |
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
HKSAR Law applicable therein. |
