Cashmere Factory
Tincy Cashmere Manufactory Co., Ltd. locates at Qinghe County, Heibei Province, China. We have three plants for the production of cashmere products.
Cashmere Processing Plant
Chinese cashmere, because of its fineness, length and whiteness, is the primary source for better sweaters, Mongolian cashmere is preferred for fine quality wovens as well as knits. Hence, we select the world best cashmere from Inner Mongolia, and send it to our processing plant in Qinghe County. The raw cashmere will be disinfected , and the greasy cashmere will be scoured. After the cashmere is scoured, it must be dehaired, a process which separates the coarse guard hair from the very fine underdown used to make cashmere garments.
Textile Plant
Manufacture of carded yarns mainly in pure cashmere and various blends incorporating cashmere/silk, cashmere/wool, etc... High quality cashmere yarns for knitting and weaving. As well as producing various noble and colorful fabric.
Production Plant
We are confident to offer the finest quality knitwear in the world with the highest standards of craftsmanship. Not only knitwear, but everything, scarves, stoles, shawls, gloves, socks, blankets and throws, to keep you warm and cozy in style... from head to toe.
CASHMERE PRODUCTS
It is known that 65% of cashmere supply in the world market are from Inner Mongolia, China. Our cashmere products are among the best of them. In the Inner Mongolian cashmere production area, Tincy represents a brand name of quality. We purchase the best raw materials for production.
